Hand Printed Artwork / Poster ‘Octopus on the Wave’
The Octopus in the wves is a double print. FIrst the waves are printed in turquoise. After letting the frist Print dry, the second print, the Octopus, is placed in black over it. This makes this print even more special, because in each print the Octopus looks different, due to the amount of ink and pressure I put on it. Depending on those factors it can be, that the waves shine through the Octopus, which gives a nive, vivid effect. The Ricepaper is with its 30g per m² very thin, so the print should be framed. It’s a nice wall decor.
About my Art Prints
All my linocut prints are original hand printed and pressed lino prints on Paper / Cards. They are unique and personally designed artwork; All prints are drawn, carved and printed by hand at my home studio in Ericeira, Portugal.

Each Print or Card is handprinted, which means each card will be slightly different and unique. But that’s what makes the print’s charm.
