Orange and Lemon Greeting Card
A set consisting of two greeting cards (folded cards) with a lemon and orange motif. The cards come with an envelope and are the perfect birthday and greeting cards.
They are printed on thick paper, folded as A5 so that the card is A6 size.
Fruity Cards
This printing process is different to others: I make two linocuts and print them one after the other. First the colour is printed. After drying, the outlines of the fruits are printed in black. This gives the print the beautiful charm of being handmade, as the print never matches exactly.
I love the orange and lemon trees we have here in Portugal. I think it’s so beautiful to drive through the countryside on a winter day and see all these splashes of colour: orange and yellow with the really green leaves of the trees. These orange and lemon greeting cards are a bit tricky to print, but I love the result – there’s something about these fruits that I just love
About my Art Prints
All my linocut prints are original hand printed and pressed lino prints on paper / Cards. They are unique and personally designed artwork; All prints are drawn, carved and printed by hand at my home studio in Ericeira, Portugal.

The photos are only illustrative examples. The cards are coloured in the background with an aquarelle technique. Depending on the colour, the colours can be quite different. I put the sets together so that the cards show a variety.
Each card is handprinted, which means each card will be slightly different and unique. But that’s what makes the print’s charm.
